Last updated: 11 March 2026

1. Introduction

Yaro Labs ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website, interact with us, or use any software application, client portal, internal tool, hosted platform, or related service we operate (collectively, the "Services").

This policy is intended to cover both our public website and any hosted software or client-facing applications we operate, including services that allow sign-in through third-party identity providers such as Google, GitHub, or Microsoft.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information that you provide directly (for example when contacting us, requesting a proposal, booking a call, creating an account, joining a waitlist, submitting information through a form, or communicating with support), as well as information collected automatically when you use the Services, such as:

  • Name, email address, company name, billing details, and other contact information
  • Account information, form submissions, files, messages, and other content you choose to provide
  • Usage data such as pages visited, features used, actions taken, time on site, and referring URLs
  • Device, browser, log, and approximate location information
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy)

3. Information Received from Google or Other Sign-In Providers

If you choose to sign in with Google or another third-party identity provider, we may receive basic account information made available by that provider, such as your name, email address, profile image, account identifier, locale, and any other data you explicitly authorise us to access.

We use that information only to authenticate you, create or maintain your account, provide the features you requested, secure the Services, and support related business operations. We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use data obtained from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website, software products, and related services
  • Create and manage accounts, process transactions, and deliver requested functionality
  • Respond to enquiries, support requests, and other communications
  • Send service messages, transactional notices, and marketing or product updates where permitted
  • Analyse usage, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve performance and user experience
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate the Services, such as hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, payments, customer support, and security providers. We may also share information with your organisation where relevant to a business account, with your consent, in connection with a corporate transaction, or when required by law.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to provide the Services, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or comply with legal obligations. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and in some cases to receive a portable copy. You may also be able to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights or ask questions, contact us at hello@yaro-labs.com.

8. Account Deletion and Revoking Google Access

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting hello@yaro-labs.com. We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or contractual reasons.

If you connected your account through Google, you can also revoke our access at any time from your Google account permissions settings. Revoking access through Google may stop certain features from working until you reconnect your account.

9. Client and End User Data

In some cases, we process personal data on behalf of a client or business customer that uses a product or service we operate. In those cases, the client is typically the controller of that data and we act as a processor or service provider. Requests relating to that data should usually be directed to the relevant client first.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
